Viewing More than 25 postings in OWA

When using Outlook Web Access to read email or postings, you will be limited to how many messages you will be able to view on the screen at one time. The maximum number of postings or messages that can be viewed at any given time is 25. If there are more than 25 messages in a folder, then you will have to go to the additional pages.

To scroll through the postings on another page, click on the arrows above the right-hand column:

Click the > (arrow) to go to the next page
Click the >| to go to the last page
Click the < (arrow) to go to the previous page
Click the |< to go to the first page

To navigate directly to a specific page:

Type in an item number in the “Items” box (i.e. typing "51", will take you to the third page)
Then press ENTER.
