How do I post a new post?

With Outlook Express open, click on the newsgroup that you want to post the message to.
Click on the icon that says "New Post"
When you get the new post box up, in the "Newsgroups" field, double check that it is the correct newsgroup that you want to post to.
Put a subject in the "Subject" field. The post will not go through if there is no subject.
Type what you want in the message body portion of the post.
Click on the "Send" button and the new post will be sent to the newsgroup and be posted.
