The Course Materials folder for all UIU Classes has READ ONLY permissions for students.
This means that students can
READ the messages that are posted by the instructor but CANNNOT post to this folder.
If a student tries to post a message or reply to a message in this folder, they
will get an error message saying "...Access Denied..." and the message will not post.
To rectify the problem:
- Click on your Outbox
- Double Click on the posting in question
- Change the folder name in the newsgroup field to the intended one.
- Click Send
